Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the Wezix Store Online Retail Store, available at www.wezixstore.co.za, and through our mobile site www.wezixstore.co.za. By placing an order with Wezix Store, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
 

Shipping methods and costs

We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination of your order. All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
 

Domestic shipping within South Africa

We offer the following shipping options for orders within South Africa:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2 – 5 business days.
In some instances, longer depending on stock availability, however, should this be the case we will be in touch to inform you of the delivery dispatch date.
 

Order processing time

Orders are processed daily. Therefore, if you place an after 14h00, the order will be finalised the next business day. Orders processed on Saturday and Sunday, will only be processed the following Monday.

During peak seasons, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will notify you via email.
 

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available and may take up to 24 hours to update.
 

Shipping delays and damages

Wezix Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays. In the event of a shipping delay, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at support@wezix.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number. We may request photos of the damaged products and packaging to assess the situation and provide you with a suitable resolution.
 

Address errors and undeliverable packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Wezix Store is not responsible for any shipping delays, additional costs, or lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. You may be responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with resending the package.
 

Changes to this shipping policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this Shipping Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
